The Mid-Level Professionals Institute provides an intensive professional development experience that broadens participants’ perspectives on higher education issues; renews commitment to the profession; and explores creative leadership strategies.  It is intended for professionals with a minimum of five years full-time experience and supervisory, budget and/or programming responsibilities for a department.  The Institute model includes faculty-lead teams, case studies, small group discussions and personal reflection time.  MLI is open to members of IV-W and IV-E and will take place November 13-15, 2016 in St Louis, MO.    

The priority deadline is August 31, 2016.   Applications will continue to be accepted until September 30, 2016.  Registration costs for members of NASPA I-V WE will be $450.  Registration costs for non-members will be $550.  This cost includes hotel accommodations for the duration of the Institute as well as Institute materials and some meals.
