At Cal Lutheran, he primarily teaches in the Counseling and College Student Personnel Master's program. His research interests are connected to social contexts of higher education, particularly college men and masculinities, LGBT issues in higher education, intersectionality, sexual violence in higher education, as well as college student leadership development and education.
